What you own

Everything we ship for you. The code. The domain. The hosting credentials. The pixel-diff screenshots. The GitHub repo. The schema graph. The PDF report. There is no platform lock-in. You can fire us and keep the live site.

Refunds

Blueprint: 30-day money back if we surface fewer than 30 fixable points. Full Recycle: pixel-diff sign-off gate before deploy — we don't ship until you say yes. After sign-off, the work is delivered and refunds are case-by-case.

Subscriptions (Maintenance and Marina)

Month-to-month by default. Cancel anytime from /portal/billing. No long-term contracts. Annual prepay (-2 months) is optional, not required.

Liability

We deliver to spec. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes, AI citation counts, or specific Map-Pack ranks. We guarantee technical deliverables (Lighthouse, schema, llms.txt, allowlist) and stated SLAs (uptime, pixel-diff). Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Disputes resolved by mediation first.

Acceptable use

Don't ask us to recycle a site that infringes copyright, sells illegal goods, or impersonates someone. We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion before payment clears.
