What we collect
When you run a free scan or sign up: your URL, name, email, phone, and the optional "where did you hear about us" answer. When you pay: Stripe handles the card — we never see card numbers. We get the transaction record (last 4, brand, billing email) so we can email a receipt.
What we don't collect
No third-party analytics tracking. No retargeting pixels. No session recordings. No keystroke logging. We track aggregate "scan count" and "checkout count" for our own dashboards — not individuals.
What we never do
Sell your data. Share your data with anyone outside our processors (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Neon, ElevenLabs, HeyGen). Send you marketing email you didn't sign up for. SMS you without prior consent. Sell your phone number.
Your rights
Email hello@websiterecycling.com with the subject "Data delete" and we'll purge everything we have on you within 7 days. GDPR / CCPA compliant. We don't make you fill out a form.
Cookies
One cookie: session ID for /portal, expires after 30 days of inactivity. No third-party cookies. No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies.
Recordings (Marina)
If you opt into Marina AI Secretary, calls into your business line are recorded and stored in R2 with a 90-day retention. A two-second pre-roll plays at the start of every call disclosing the recording (TCPA + two-party-consent compliant nationwide). You can mute the recording for any call from /portal/marina.
